Despite the fact that Silver Abuse has shared its distinctive style of punk noise and no-wave resonance in Chicago since 1977, it remains a modern band making now sounds. Their second full album, “Consider The Pigeon,” has been two years in the making and it‘s definitely been worth the wait.
